I found on these forums simple formula to calculate aproximately the sway bar strength if the mount points are the same. front/rear ratio. ZHP 23.5^4 / 18^4 = 2.9. M3 26^4 / 21.4^4 = 2.14.
The only real difference is the amount of heat you'll be able to pump into them over sustained use. More capacity, more capability under extended/hard use. Normal use will feel and operate the same. This is something most people don't get. They assume they'll get "better pedal feel bro" by upgrading their brake size.
Cargo Volume in 330i: 10.7 Cubic Feet Cargo Volume in 330ci: 9.5 Cubic Feet I've concluded that my 330i's trunk is next to useless. Any smaller, and I might as well try stuffing a suitcase in my glovebox (what difference does it make anyway?). The 3-series has the most awful trunk space for such a price.
325ci: 175lb/ft. 330ci: 214lb/ft. (Difference: 39lb/ft) An extra 41hp and 39lb/ft may not sound like much, but it makes the 330 a much better drive than a 325.
The difference is that the 330 shaft has a CV joint, the others have a u joint. Half shafts are bigger in 330 but no big deal. Differentials are the same, the output stub shafts change, to accommodate different half shafts (if you have the m54 you will have the big case 188k differential already ).

Most of the time, the sports package will have brushed aluminum on the inside and will have a definite firmer suspension. third, all cars are not the same. a 330i is not a 330i. independent of other factors such as miles on an engine, maintanence, gasoline octane in the tank (which i still think makes a difference when your goal is peak performance, not anti-knock), cars within a model range, e.g. the 330i zhp, aren't created equal. some owners luck-out with an
Is the 330ci reliable? Great, reliable and affordable BMW to own Go for the older 330, and we have the convertible 330ci. Reliable, high performance and wears well over time. Which one is better E46 or E90? For example, the E46 330i ZHP offers better performance than the E90 325i. That said, in general the E90 wins the performance aspect.
Have just purchased a 2001 330Ci. While looking for a car, I drove several 2000 323's, 328's and '01 and '02 325's and 330's. Honestly, I did not find a huge difference between the 323, 325 and 328. Now, keep in mind I did not drive them back to back, but sometimes within a couple of hours of each other on the same day.
